Tongeren-Borgloon is recruiting a Spatial Planning Expert to join its team. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for citizens regarding permit applications and will meticulously manage quality and deadlines.
The role requires close collaboration with architects, notaries, authorities, and citizens, with an emphasis on clearly communicating complex information in a customer-oriented manner. The expert will ensure correct application of regulations and contribute to a well-considered enforcement policy.
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree or a one-cycle higher education diploma in a technical, construction, real estate, surveying, or architecture field. A valid driver's license B and the required language proficiency are also mandatory. Candidates must pass the selection procedure.
The offer includes a full-time, permanent contract (38 hours/week) with a gross monthly salary ranging from €3,120.78 to €5,258.42 (scale B1/B3).
