On Monday, October 26, 2026, a Job and Training Fair will be held at the COREtec Dôme in Ostend, organized by VDAB, the Economisch Huis Oostende, and BC Oostende.

During this event, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, job seekers, employers, and training providers will gather. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet about 50 employers from the region directly, discover vacancies, and apply immediately.
The Ostend region has a high demand for motivated employees. Employers from various sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, technology, retail, administration, production, and services will present their open vacancies and career opportunities.
The fair offers more than just vacancies. Visitors can engage in personal conversations with potential employers in an accessible way, ask targeted questions, and discover which job suits their interests and experience. Candidates can also present their applications on the spot.
For those considering a new professional direction, seeking further training, or needing support in their job search, the fair provides valuable information on training programs, retraining, and ways to enhance their chances in the job market.
