The first phase of the Business District at Health Campus Limburg DC, spanning around 7,500 m², is intended for growing life sciences companies, including scale-ups and larger enterprises. The district has the potential to expand to a maximum of 15,000 m² in the future, housing facilities such as laboratories, cleanrooms, and offices.
This development aims to support the further expansion of Health Campus Limburg DC, focusing on life sciences companies requiring over 500 m² of space. The design must incorporate sustainability, technical feasibility, flexibility, and economic viability, with expertise in specialized research infrastructure.
POM Limburg is initiating a tender for the design of the new Business District, which will include a designer and engineers. The process is divided into two stages: an initial application phase via the E-procurement platform, followed by an offer submission phase for three selected candidates.
